My first experience at a molecular gastronomy restaurant was at moto in Chicago. It was an awesome experience and I was really grateful that Joe took us there. Some of the stuff tasted really good, while some of it was too weird for my liking. I really enjoyed rolling the menu up into sushi and eating it. We even got to meet Chef Homaro Cantu!
