Los Angeles was lovely. I always love visiting it. Sometimes I wish my LA friends lived closer to San Francisco, but then again, I always love going down to see them.
This last week has been an absolutely hectic shit storm. I’m glad I could at least spend my last few days in America hanging out with friends I haven’t seen in forever, meeting up with new friends, and seeing two of my dearest friends get married and share their love forever.
In 2 hours, I have to wake up and go to San Francisco to catch a flight to Chicago, and then to Amman, Jordan and then to Beirut, Lebanon. I will be in Lebanon for a while and then Iraq to Kurdistan and Baghdad. I’m extremely nervous [with all the travel advisories] and also excited [to document change and change peoples lives].
Thanks to everyone who helped us fund our Kickstarter. [Click for link and info about project.]
Depending on how much Internet I will have, I will try to document my journey as much as possible. So please excuse the Instagram posts and photo updates.
Here goes nothing…
