Leaf Yellow

Stumbled upon the Chefs’ Market in Napa and discovered and tasted Bolani, a vegan flat-bread from Afghanistan. There were so many different kinds of spreads and sauces, but the one that I bought was the Garlic Mint Cheese. That paired with the Spinach Bolani…pure heaven. 

This is the best thing that I’ve tasted in a really really long time. Forreals yo. I want more…more…more…

How have I waited this long to try Afghan food? I mean come on, I love Naan and other Indian food.
