For Austin’s graduation, I wanted to get him something really special. He’s been in college for 8 and a half years (with a couple years break somewhere in between), has been to 4 different colleges, and has switched his major numerous times. Graduating was a really big deal and I wanted to show him how proud I was. 

Since he loves Harry Potter so much, I decided to buy us plane tickets, hotel reservations, and a vacation to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Florida. The best part of receiving presents is getting something tangible to open on the day of the occasion. So…how do I make a trip tangible? [Because I was way too busy (read: lasy) to make this myself,] I had someone in London make a replica of Harry Potter’s acceptance letter from the movie (but the date on it would be for that of our trip), complete with train ticket and what nots. I wrote out our flight/reservation information on the back of one of the notes.
