I’m really ill in bed and he’s making me smile.
We wrapped my second thesis shoot today for my MFA in cinematography. Unfortunately, the stress and lack of sleep or food made me extremely ill. Going to watch UP again and lay in bed. More shoots this week, need to get some rest.
(via karenabadmfa:We wrapped day one of my thesis yesterday.)
This is only supposed to be a 5 minute film and I’ve already rolled over 600ft of film. I still have one more day of shooting tomorrow.
This is the second film of my thesis series. After this is done, I still have three 15 minute films to shoot before March.
This degree is going to murder me.
Yesterday, I was at Kinkos getting some stuff printed for my Thesis shoot tomorrow. This older man was intrigued with what I was getting printed and asked me what it was for. I told him that I went to grad school in San Francisco and that I was going to shoot my thesis for cinematography…
…long story short, turns out that man was E-40’s uncle and he gave me his information and said that he had some projects that he thought I would be good for, if I was interested.

November 12 -
Today is my sister’s birthday. She would have been 26 years old. This photograph was taken on her birthday, I’m not sure which one. She always hugged me like that. I miss her and I always wonder what she would be like if she was still alive. Probably cool because she was always a super chill/cool sister.
Vimeo’s videos get iPhone, Android-friendly - CNET News
“Video host Vimeo on Wednesday is launching support for users oniPhone/iPod Touch and Google Android devices. The company has re-encoded the entirety of its staff picks and HD video showcase, both of which are the most heavily trafficked areas of the site from Vimeo’s members, and referrers like Twitter.”
iWhat? I must be the only person in the world who doesn’t own an iPhone. But I’m okay with that. At any rate, this is exciting! Vimeo news = Christmas morning. Full of surprises.
